LandPartners invests in properties all across the country. However, we have general acquisition criteria that properties should meet in order to begin a discussion:

Class "B" or "C"
Minimum size: 50 apartment units preferred
Minimum Occupancy: 80%. Will consider lower occupancy if properties are in good locations or have strong value enhancement potential
We will consider properties with deferred maintenance if they are in emerging markets, or have strong value enhancement potential.
